About us
Kite Ridge School is a Specialist School for young people, aged 11-19, with a range of Learning Difficulties and a range of behaviour that challenges. About the role
Students at our school require an eclectic approach to manage their educational and behavioural needs. Our Learning Mentors support the young people in our school by helping them access group lessons or by supporting them to receive education on their own in their rooms. They are also frequently required to help our young people make short trips out into the community or access education outside of school such as at a farm, a shop or a park.

About you
Experience in a school or Unconditional Positive Regard setting is an advantage though the right aptitude is equally important to formal qualifications.
You will be provided with a comprehensive training and induction package.
