About the role
We are looking to recruit a Year 3 class teacher from January 2025. The position is full time but we would consider part time for the right person.
Your responsibilities will include: -
- Be responsible for the learning and achievement of all pupils in your class
- Be a positive role model in terms of behaviour, work and attitude
- Create and develop a warm and nurturing learning environment
- Plan and teach well structed lessons to ensure progression across the age and ability range ensuring it meets the needs of individual learners
- Foster excellent relationships and encourage the involvement and support of parents, governors, community and other agencies
- Working within a team
- Demonstrate high expectations for all children
- Demonstrate the school values at all times
- Be highly professional
