Overview
The Governors and Headteacher of our successful and popular school are seeking to appoint an excellent and caring Learning Support Assistant who works well as part of a team to provide support in class, to small groups or individuals as needed.
Term time only
Salary Type: Bucks pay
Salary details: 6-15 £23297-£26691 pro rata depending on experience (£11.98-£13.97 per hour)
Contract type: Fixed Term
Hours: 8.30am-3.30pm 32.5 hours per week, 30 minute unpaid lunchbreak per day

About the role
Our school is looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly team from January 2025. The applicant will be willing to work with children on a one-to-one basis or generally to support in class. You will be joining an existing team of supportive LSAs. Training and support will be an ongoing aspect of the role.
The position working hours are 8.30am – 3.30pm (with thirty-minute unpaid lunch break) 32.5 hours per week. Term Time Only.

About you
• We are looking for a caring and patient individual who is positive and proactive to join our supportive team.
• Someone who has at least 2 years’ experience of working in a primary school setting.
• Someone who has an ability to build good working relationships with both pupils and parents.
• We wish to employ an inspiring, thoughtful individual who is both creative and passionate about learning.
• An individual who is able to use their initiative and who enjoys working collaboratively as a team.
• A good level of English and Maths Skills is essential.
• Are able to use technology (such as computers and iPads) to support with admin tasks, undertake online training and enhance learning
