About you
What We Offer:
For the right candidate, we offer the potential availability of a well-maintained 3-bedroom bungalow on the school grounds, allowing you to be part of a close-knit, vibrant school community. Nestled in the picturesque town of Beaconsfield, our school community is warm, welcoming, and dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for students and staff alike. You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of spaces within a beautiful, well-kept site, offering a dynamic work environment that is both fulfilling and rewarding.
We’re looking for a candidate with experience in a similar role and/or within a school environment, though this is not essential. You should be familiar with Health & Safety regulations and confident in carrying out routine maintenance and repairs, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
You will be the face of the school in any interactions with visitors, so excellent communication skills are important. While you will receive direction, you should also have the ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and contribute to our school’s ethos of care, respect, and community spirit.
If you are someone who thrives in a supportive, vibrant team and are ready to take on a rewarding, pro-active hands-on role that truly makes a difference in the daily life of the school, we would love to hear from you!
