About the role
As we look to expand our Leadership Team, our Headteacher seeks an individual with significant teaching experience, a genuine passion for leading others and an excellent team player.
This teacher will work closely with our Assistant Headteacher to form a part of the leadership team to deliver on our school’s ambitious mission.

• Have a proven track record of excellent classroom practice and leading innovative curriculum developments with a measurable impact on progress and outcomes
• Proven and successful experience in school middle leadership and management in a primary setting
• Conducting training, mentoring and staff development
• High-quality teaching, and the ability to model this for others and support them to improve through mentoring and coaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Thorough knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Data analysis skills, and the ability to use data to set targets and identify weaknesses
• Offer a creative and flexible approach to problem-solving.
• Commitment to gaining the best outcomes for all pupils and promoting the ethos and values of the school
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
