About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to manage and develop the library in this outstanding school. We are looking for someone who is passionate about literature and who is able to encourage and inspire our students. The successful applicant will join a friendly, welcoming team, where teachers and support staff work together to provide an enriching learning experience for students, both within and beyond the curriculum.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Maths and English to GCSE or equivalent
Graduate status or equivalent (desirable)

EXPERIENCE
Proven administrative experience
Experience of working in a library or similar environment
Working in a school environment (desirable)
Working with young people (desirable)
Experience of Financial management (managing a budget) (desirable)
IT Competent
