Salary Type: £25,506 - £28,195 pa fte

Salary details: £20,632 - £22,808 pa pro rata (for 35 hrs/week, term time)

About us

Dr Challoner's is a grammar school for boys with 1368 students, of which 452 are in our co-educational Sixth Form. We have a long history of providing superb education to our students and in 2024 Ofsted confirmed their 2019 judgement of Outstanding. About the role

The successful candidate will provide support for students with Special Educational Needs, facilitating their learning. We particularly wish to provide support for students who have barriers to learning caused by Autistic Spectrum conditions and other neurodiversities. See our job pack for further information.

About you

You should have some experience working with young people, and excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Experience of working with young people with neurodiversities would be an advantage, as would experience of supporting young people as they experience dysregulation. You should also be confident and competent in the use of IT.
