Salary Type: Bucks pay

Salary details: Teaching Assistants Bucks Pay Range 1b (6-10) £23,996 to £24,950 pro rata. (Actual starting salary £17,435 for full time role). Specialist Teaching Assistants Bucks Pay range 2 (11-15) £25,625 to £27,770 pro rata. (Actual starting salary £18,619 for full time role)

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: 38 weeks per year (term time only) for 32.5 hours per week (full time hours)

William Harding School is a four form entry primary school with a pre-school for pupils aged 2 upwards. We are a welcoming, inclusive community with a diverse mix of pupils which includes an Additional Resourced Provision for pupils with Speech and Language needs and Physical Disabilities. • To provide specialist skills and knowledge, at an advanced level, in a specialist area (e.g. EAL, Behaviour, SEN)
• To plan, resource, deliver and monitor progress for pupils programmes within the classroom or as part of a separate strategy
