Salary details: Bucks Pay Scale 2 £22,613- £24,505 (Actual) - dependent upon experience. For exceptional candidates a higher pay rate may be considered.
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 38.5 Hours per week including inset days (39 weeks a year) Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm and until 5pm on a Thursday (1/2-hour lunch break).

About the role
Due to the promotion of a member of staff within the unit we are now looking for a dynamic, experienced and inspirational teaching Assistant within our newly established SEND Unit, specialising in education for children with Communication and Interaction difficulties. We are looking for a strong practitioner who has knowledge and understanding of effectively supporting children with communication and interaction difficulties. They will have an understanding of SEND and the essential processes needed for successful SEND support and inclusion within a primary school and have evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the role.

• Will be able to observe, record and feedback information on pupil performance.
