We are currently seeking Teaching Assistants to join our team at Booker Park School, supporting students with a range of special educational and complex needs.

Salary Type: Bucks pay

Salary details: Bucks Pay Range 2: Actual Salary £ 19,036 - £ 20,630approx (FTE £25,625 - £ 27,770) per annum

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: 32.5 hours per week/39 weeks per year (Term Time including INSET days)

About the role

Working under the guidance of teaching and senior class staff, this rewarding—yet sometimes challenging—role involves supporting students to access and engage with teacher-led curriculum and learning activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the implementation of individual education and behaviour plans.
• Supporting learning both in the classroom and in alternative settings.
• Providing personal care, attending to hygiene needs, and administering medication.

Comprehensive training is provided to support you in the role, and we actively encourage continued professional development for all staff.
