EYFS Phase Lead - St Marys C of E School

Overview
We are looking for an EYFS phase lead, to head up our successful Reception classes and Nursery. You must be an excellent communicator and will use these skills to build powerful relationships within the school, the wider community and the Trust family of schools. They must also be driven to provide professional leadership within the EYFS department and ensure that the standards of provision and professional practice in the school promote the very best outcomes for all children.
Term time only
Salary type: MPS
Salary Details: MPS plus TLR
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time

About the role
The Purpose of the EFYS phase lead is to
To lead the EYFS setting with passion, drive and determination, setting high standards of all pupils and staff they work with.
To carry out the duties of a schoolteacher as set out in the 2016 School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document.
To be a member of the School Leadership Team and make a significant contribution to the strategic development and direction of the school.
