Overview
To provide strategic leadership, operational and financial management for the Human Resources and Organisational Development service area. The position entails accountability for the HR and OD service area's performance and the delivery of high-quality strategic corporate initiatives which align with the Corporate Plan ambition and the Council's People Plan. Additionally, the role supports the Corporate Director for Resources and will be a key Member of Resources Senior Leadership Team. The role is the senior Leader for People within the Council.
