HR Administrator - Dr Challoner’s Grammar School

Overview
We are seeking to recruit a Human Resources Administrator to support the HR Manager and Headteacher's PA in providing an efficient HR service across the school.
This role is offered at 20 - 25 hours per week, ideally worked across 4 - 5 days. Working hours will be term time plus one additional week.

Salary Details: £13,708 - £14,543 pa pro rata (20 hrs); £17,134 - £18,179 pa pro rata (25hrs)

About the role
This role will be varied, including recruitment administration, other HR administrative support and occasional deputising for aspects of the Head's PA role.
The postholder will also support the Data Protection Officer with information collation in response to data access requests.
About you
The successful candidate will be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.
You should have previous administrative experience, and experience of working in HR, or in a school, would be an advantage.
