Our vibrant and diverse Infant and Nursery School is seeking an inspirational headteacher who will champion our exceptionally nurturing ethos whilst driving educational excellence. This permanent role is from 13.04.26, although an autumn 2026 start will be considered for the right candidate.

About you

Strong understanding of EYFS and KS1.
Whole school leadership experience.
Commitment to staff well-being.
Understanding of effective inclusive practice, especially for SEND, EAL and disadvantaged pupils.
Lead by example with high expectations of the whole community.
Trained DSL desirable.
Commitment to the trauma-informed approach.
