Kick-start your education career with Supply Desk! Whether you’re an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an Aspiring Teaching Assistant or Unqualified Teacher, we’ll help you gain invaluable classroom experience and grow into a confident, successful educator.

About you

Who We’re Looking For:

  • ECTs eager to gain hands-on experience and grow their teaching confidence. Suitable long-term roles may support induction where agreed by the school.
  • Aspiring Teaching Assistants or Unqualified Teachers seeking to enter the profession. You’ll support pupils 1:1, in small groups or alongside the class teacher, with full guidance provided if this is your first role in education.
  • Passionate, motivated individuals committed to helping students succeed.
  • Strong communicators who can adapt to diverse classroom environments.
  • DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
