Salary type: Bucks Pay
Salary Details: From 1 April 2025 £16,728 – 18,619 per annum (Annual Full Time Equivalent £24,950 – 27,770) dependent on qualifications and experience
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Part-time

About the role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support children’s learning, helping to create an inclusive and engaging environment where all pupils can thrive. Your role may involve working with small groups, providing one-to-one support, and assisting with classroom activities to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

- A caring, patient, and positive approach to supporting children’s learning
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and adapt to meet the needs of all pupils
- Previous experience is welcome but not essential – we value enthusiasm and a genuine desire to support
children’s education
