About the role
You will be responsible for a Key Stage 1 class and will be able to fulfil the professional responsibilities of a teacher, as set out in the School Teacher' Pay and Conditions Document.
You will take responsibility in promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children in our care and be a positive role model in behaviour, work ethic and attitude.
Providing support outside of the classroom, such as extra-curricular activities and break duties.
Monitoring and tracking student progress
Building positive relationships with students, teachers and parents
Experience working with children or Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with others A positive and flexible attitude

About you
We are looking for: QTS status – ECTs will be considered Relevant experience of teaching in KS1 Secure knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment
The ability to motivate and inspire our children to have a love of learning
Excellent teaching and communication skills with good classroom organisation and time management skills
Experience of or enthusiasm for subject leadership
Commitment to raising achievement and standards
The ability to develop professional relationships and work as part of a team
Willingness to be involved in the wider world of the school and its community
