  • Tracking and coordinating assessments to meet statutory timelines.
  • Working closely with colleagues across education, health, and social care to identify and resolve delays.
  • Maintaining accurate data and producing insightful reports to support strategic planning.
  • Liaising with parents, carers, schools, and service providers to ensure effective communication.
  • Using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Capita One, and SQL Reporting Services to analyse and present data.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Organised and detail-oriented, with excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Experienced in managing complex data and producing high-quality reports.
  • Skilled in building relationships and communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in ICT systems and confident using data analysis tools.
  • Knowledgeable about SEND processes and legislation, with experience in coordinating multi-agency assessments.

You’ll hold a degree in Education, Health, Social Care, Psychology, or a related field, and ideally have experience in SEND case management.

Why Join Us? You’ll be part of a team that values being Proud, Ambitious, Collaborative, and Trustworthy, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of children and families.
