Higher Level Teaching Assistant required as soon as possible
Full time position, 5 days a week , Term time only
We are currently looking for an experienced HLTA who is an inspirational, friendly and driven individual, who can support our children in achieving their goals. Our successful applicant will be enthusiastic, innovative and have the necessary knowledge and skills for delivering inclusive, high quality learning to a class.

About the role
The post holder will support the class teacher in delivering the learning intention and when required, cover classes in the absence of a teacher. HLTAs will be required to support children in the classroom, in small groups or work individually with a child. HLTAs may be required to plan, deliver and track interventions as directed by the Deputy Headteacher. Post holder is responsible to the Deputy Headteacher.
About you
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience of working with children within a school setting
• Is passionate about children’s learning and in every child achieving their full potential
• Is caring and has lots of enthusiasm and patience
• Is flexible and works well within a team
• Has empathy for our school’s ethos, vision and values
• Holds GCSE’s in English and Maths – Grade 4 (C or above) - essential
• Holds a TA NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, or has relevant HLTA experience
