We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Digital Enforcement Supervisor to lead our team of Digital Enforcement Officers and support the smooth delivery of camera‑based parking and moving traffic enforcement across Buckinghamshire. In this varied and hands‑on role, you’ll oversee the daily operation of our digital enforcement platform, ensure the accuracy and quality of recorded evidence, maintain high service standards, and support the Operations and Project Manager in achieving key performance indicators.

Buckinghamshire Council’s Parking Services team sits within Communities – Highways and Technical Services, delivering essential services that help keep our roads safe, accessible, and well‑managed. Our work plays a vital role in maintaining traffic flow, supporting local communities, and ensuring compliance with parking and traffic regulations under the Traffic Management Act 2004.
About the role
As a Digital Enforcement Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and support a team of Digital Enforcement Officers, providing day‑to‑day supervision, briefings, 1‑1s, training, induction, and performance development
- Review recorded parking and moving traffic contraventions and ensure the accurate processing of evidence within required KPIs
- Manage and maintain digital enforcement equipment, including mobile enforcement vehicles, cameras, reviewing systems, and associated signage
- Monitor daily vehicle condition checks and ensure monthly car park inspections and counts are completed
- Produce reports, analyse data, and maintain accurate records to support performance monitoring
- Liaise with contractors and internal colleagues to resolve equipment issues efficiently
- Implement and uphold procedures, including Safer Working Practices and CCTV Codes of Practice
- Ensure risk assessments are maintained and regularly reviewed
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering accurate, timely, and professional responses to enquiries and complaints
- Provide absence cover for other Supervisors when required and support the wider CEO team when needed
About you
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in enforcement or a similar field, with knowledge and a good understanding of traffic and parking legislation.
- Able to respond to service demands including carrying out site visits where required.
- Skilled in using technology and able to process data accurately, showcasing an attention to detail.
- Resilient and able to demonstrate the ability to deal with sensitive and difficult information.
- Able to prioritise and manage a workload that can consist of conflicting challenges and demands.
- Customer focused and a strong communicator with the skills and the ability to resolve conflict.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible to work a rota system, including weekends and evenings.
Essential requirements:
- CCTV Traffic Enforcement qualification (BTEC Level 3) or equivalent experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.

Our ‘On-the-go’ roles mean you’ll usually start and finish your day from a base, moving around between different locations throughout the day. You won’t need a fixed desk to work from, but you’ll have access to our network where you can keep up to date with admin and the latest staff updates.
