About the role
We seek to appoint an ambitious, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our experienced and diverse Math’s Department. Whilst having a real passion for teaching and learning, we are looking for an innovative and committed classroom practitioner who can teach exceptional Math’s at Key Stage 3 and 4 with the skills and abilities to engage and enthuse all learners. A suitably qualified and experienced candidate will have the opportunity to teach to A Level.
This is an exciting period to join The Buckingham School; we have just completed 2.5 million pounds of renovation work within the school, with more remodelling and renovation of the school premises planned in the near future. Alongside this, we have seen steady improvement in all areas of the school over the past three years and we will continue in our quest to become the community school of choice within the locality. We are ambitious, oversubscribed and our students are fantastic to work with.

About you
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a secure knowledge and understanding of your specialist subject, including level descriptors at KS3 & KS4 as well as Post-16 examination specifications and courses
- Have a working knowledge and understanding of the teacher’s professional duties
- Good organisational ability
- ble to organise own teaching resources and activities to deadline and quality standards
