About the role
At St Mary and All Saints, our teachers are the heart of our community. The post holder will:
- Fulfil the professional responsibilities of a teacher, as set out in the School Teacher’s Pay and Conditions Document (STPCD)
- Consistently meet and model the expectations set out in the Teachers’ Standards
- Support the distinct Christian vision and values of the school, ensuring every child can flourish
- Fulfil duties as reasonably directed by the Headteacher
- Take primary responsibility for the progress and attainment of all
assigned pupils - Design and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons that follow the school’s
curriculum and pedagogical plans

About you
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree level qualification
- Evidence of successful teaching practice (or placements for ECTs)
- Understanding of effective safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour positively and consistently
