We are looking for full-time teachers to work within KS1 or KS2.
Start Date: September 2026
Salary: MPS or UPS dependent on experience and aptitude
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time

About the role
We are looking for someone who loves their job, is reflective and has a drive to get better at how they teach. Teaching and learning looks a bit different here (based on evidence, research and what cognitive science tell us about how to optimise learning), but we are ready to provide you with knowledge and skills you need to continually refine and improve your practice.

About you
- QTS
- Know, understand, appreciate and work within the well-established culture of the school
- An interest in cognitive science and what it tells us about how to optimise learning
- A relentless drive to improve practice as you come to learn about and understand the school’s very specific approach to curriculum and pedagogy
- Have high expectations of all learners and know how to use these to achieve the best possible outcomes for pupils
- Willing to embrace and fully participate in the school’s bespoke CPD processes
- Able to demonstrate that they can collaborate effectively with a year group colleague, staff in their phase and across the school
- Know that pupils demonstrating impeccable behaviour in class and around school is the responsibility of all staff, using the established procedures to support this expectation
