About the role
As our SENDCo, you will lead and manage SEND provision across the school, ensuring every child receives a high‑quality education and thrives both socially and academically.
You will:
- Work closely with staff, parents and external professionals
- Support and develop colleagues who are eager to learn and committed to inclusive practice
- Play a key role in the Wider Leadership Team, shaping the strategic direction of the school
- Collaborate with our experienced Assistant Head for Inclusion and our dedicated
- Inclusion Team, including our Pastoral Lead, Family & Welfare Officer and Attendance Officer
- Our Inclusion Team has even been nominated for an Inclusion Award this year — a testament to the culture you'll be joining.

- Is passionate about giving SEND children the best life chances
- Holds the National SENCO Award or is willing to undertake it with our support
