About the role

What We’re Looking For:

Enthusiastic individuals passionate about supporting students’ learning and wellbeing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy and adaptability to work with diverse student needs.
Prior experience in education or youth support (desirable but not essential).
Valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
You may support pupils 1:1, in small groups or within the classroom alongside the teacher — full guidance provided, even if this is your first role in education.
