About the role

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons that spark curiosity and creativity.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive, inclusive environment, working within clear school behaviour systems and strong SLT support.
  • Adapt lessons to diverse learning styles and student needs.
  • Monitor and support student progress through feedback and assessment.
  • Collaborate effectively with school staff and leadership.
  • Teachers taking long-term roles will follow full teaching responsibilities including planning and marking, unless otherwise agreed with the school.
  • Cover Supervisors will lead classes using pre-prepared materials and receive full guidance, even if this is their first school-based role.

What We’re Looking For:
Teachers (Qualified Teacher or equivalent, including overseas-trained teachers), unqualified educators or graduates seeking classroom experience.
Strong subject knowledge and confidence managing classrooms.
Adaptability and enthusiasm to work across varied school environments.
ECTs are also welcome to apply
Valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
