Holmer Green Junior School is seeking a full-time school Learning Support Assistant to join their vibrant, fun team.

The contract will be fixed term for one year with the possibility to extend or become permanent dependent upon performance and requirements of the school.

The ideal candidate will be available to start from September 2026.

We are interested in all applications, whether you have no experience in an LSA role or vast experience, we will consider all.

Salary Details: £24,836 - £25,823 Depending upon experience

About the role

The aim of the role is to deliver targeted support and interventions on both an individual basis as well as within group settings.

Developing positive trusting relationships with both children and adults will go a long way to helping those targets being met.

About you

We are seeking a proactive individual who has a passion for supporting the learning of the children within school by working closely with the teaching team and being confident in offering observations and ideas. Of particular interest will be any experience you may have in working within an SEN environment. Our ideal candidate will be looking to progress within our school and aspires to grow, learn and develop into to HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) or further.
