About the role

As Project Manager within the HIF Team, you’ll take ownership of delivering key infrastructure projects that underpin large-scale housing development and regional growth.

  • Co-ordinating with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery
  • Driving stakeholder engagement, building strong relationships with planning authorities, landowners, legal advisors, and community representatives
  • Leading land acquisition processes and supporting the delivery of enabling infrastructure such as highways and utilities
  • Monitoring project performance, producing reports for boards and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with funding and governance requirements
  • Identifying risks and opportunities, proactively managing issues to maintain project momentum

You’ll also contribute to long-term planning, helping shape infrastructure delivery across timelines ranging from immediate milestones to multi-year strategies supporting new housing and community development.
