About the role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting children with wellbeing, mental health and behaviour- helping to shape our highly inclusive offer.

About you

We are looking for a compassionate, proactive and highly skilled practitioner who is passionate about supporting children's emotional wellbeing and removing barriers to learning. You will have experience of working with children who have social, emotional and mental health needs and be confident in delivering targeted interventions, including ELSA support, nurture provision and behaviour support strategies.

You will be an excellent communicator, able to build positive relationships with pupils, families and staff, and work collaboratively with the SENDCo, Headteacher and wider school team.

Most importantly, you will share our commitment to ensuring that every child feels safe, valued and able to thrive both emotionally and academically.
