Overview
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and meticulous administrator to play a pivotal and very satisfying role at the heart of day-to-day operations in our school.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 30 hours (5 days) per week, 39 weeks/year (term time plus 5 days to be used flexibly)
Salary: Pay Range 3 £31,230 (FTE) £21,474 actual (pro rata)

About the role
You will be responsible for planning and organising cover for absent teachers, and all room changes for events, lessons, clubs and meetings, ensuring clear communication and efficient processes.
The role involves developing a detailed understanding of the operations of a large and highly busy school, helping to ensure that it runs very smoothly and efficiently, so building good relationships with a wide range of staff is very important.
This is an ideal opportunity to play a central role in our warm and strong community, providing the very best operational support for our staff. In short, we are looking for a really nice person who has the skills and attributes to help our school run like a Swiss watch!
About you
The successful candidate will be very organised, with good communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work highly accurately, planning ahead and also problem-solving.
