Overview
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our amazing team. Initially working in KS1, you will be working alongside teachers and other teaching assistants to support teaching and learning in Year 1 and/or Year 2.
Salary: Bucks Pay Range 2: 11-15, Actual salary £18.619-£21,272 (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part time 32.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, term time only, 8.30 am-3.30 pm (½ hour lunch break)

About the role
As a Teaching Assistant you would:
- Work closely alongside a class teacher and year group leader to support teaching and learning in the classroom
- Work with small groups and individual children across the curriculum
- Teach Read Write Inc phonics sessions
- Supervise children and support their play at playtime and lunchtime
- Support class teachers to ensure a positive, safe learning environment
- Prepare and maintain classroom materials, resources and displays

About you
- GSCE English C or equivalent
- GSCE Maths C or equivalent
- GSCE’s in a range of curriculum subjects (or equivalent qualifications)
