Insurance Claims Assistant

Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced team within the Business Assurance Service. The role will suit anyone who enjoys multitasking, has an inquisitive mind and an eye for detail.
The main responsibilities of the role include triage and set up of new claim files and managing the customer facing mailbox. Producing disclosure materials and processing financial payments including invoices. Supporting the insurance team with all administrative tasks, including keeping internal and external communication channels up to date and accurate. Processing fully insured claim payments, according to relevant policies and procedures.

About the role

Some of the key requirements for the role include ensuring all records are accurate and handled in accordance with relevant policies, protocols and guidelines. Processing claim payments and invoices accurately. Ensuring all customers are dealt with in a professional and fair manner. Producing disclosure documentation as instructed with accuracy.
Any-Desk:
As an ‘any-desk’ worker, you’ll need to be connected to our network to access digital folders and resources, but this can either be from home or an office location when required. You will be required to work from the office a couple of times a week, depending on your role and team requirements.

Interviews will be conducted in person at Walton Street Offices in Aylesbury.
The Insurance Claims Team are based at the Walton Street Offices in Aylesbury.
There is then scope to work from home for 3 out of 5 days. At present mandatory office days are Wednesday and Friday, however there is the requirement to be flexible should the need arise.
