Overview
Are you a caring, patient and enthusiastic person who is passionate about helping children to thrive? Manor Farm Community Infant School and Nursery is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide 1:1 support for a child with Special Educational Needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to a child's school experience, helping them to access learning, develop their confidence and independence, and feel happy, safe and successful at school.
Contract type: Fixed Term, linked to the individual pupil and their SEN provision
Hours: Full-time, term time only
Salary Details: FTE £26,522 per annum – salary will be pro-rata to reflect term-time working and contracted hours

About the role
We are looking for someone who is warm, positive and resilient, with a genuine commitment to supporting children with additional needs. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENDCo and wider staff team to provide consistent, individualised support for the child throughout the school day.

About you
Experience of working with children and/or children with SEND would be desirable; however, equally important are the right attitude, patience, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
