Location: Buckinghamshire, County Wide

Overview

We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Inclusion Specialist Teacher to join our SEND Service, supporting educational settings, children, young people and families to achieve the best possible outcomes. This is a rewarding opportunity to use your specialist knowledge, teaching expertise and leadership skills to drive inclusion, build capacity within schools and help ensure every child has the support they need to succeed.

In addition, you will contribute to the ongoing monitoring and review of educational provision, ensuring support remains effective and aligned to identified outcomes.

Working directly with mainstream schools and education professionals you will develop their skills and confidence in identifying, assessing and supporting pupils with SEND. Through coaching, training, modelling effective strategies and sharing specialist knowledge, you will help build sustainable expertise within schools and settings.
