Kite Ridge School is a specialist secondary PRU, offering long stay placements, for young people aged between 11 and 19 with a range of Learning Difficulties and a presentation of behaviour that challenges others.

About the role
The key role of a Learning Support Assistant at Kite Ridge is to support and develop students to achieve. Each of our students is different and requires a different level of support. You will ensure they are happy and content at school whilst supporting them to be the best they can be. The role can be very rewarding and you will be part of a fun and supportive team.

About you
Maths, English and basic IT skills are required.
Experience in a school or SEN setting is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are critical.
The role requires resilience, flexibility and the ability to engage positively with students who may present challenging behaviours.
