Operations Deputy Coordinator - Home Independence
Location: Buckinghamshire County Wide
Overview
Are you a passionate and experienced social care professional looking for your next leadership opportunity? Do you want to play a key role in helping people maintain their independence and live well at home?
As an Operations Deputy Coordinator within the Home Independence Team, you will support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services across Adult Social Care. Working closely with the Operations Coordinator, you will help lead a dedicated team, ensure excellent service standards, and make a meaningful difference to the lives of residents every day.
About us
The Home Independence Service supports individuals to regain their independence following illness, disability, or a recent stay in hospital.
We work with people in their own homes, identifying any difficulties they may have with self-care or daily living activities. Through goal-based assessments, we work alongside individuals to help them achieve greater independence, utilising technology-enabled care and occupational therapy equipment where appropriate.
Our teams work closely with healthcare professionals, carers, residents and their families to develop tailored support arrangements that enhance independence and meet individual needs. We provide advice on specialist equipment, monitor progress, and make adjustments to support as required.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment alongside colleagues who are passionate about improving outcomes for residents, the Home Independence Team could be the perfect fit for you.
