We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and self-motivated Office Manager to join our hardworking and supportive team at the Primary Phase of Aylesbury Vale Academy. Someone who is a dedicated professional and takes pride in delivering high quality administrative support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy school office.

Salary type: Bucks Pay
Salary Details: £34,319 to £36,975 - FTE - Actual salary will reflect working pattern of 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year
Contract type: Permanent

About the role
This is a varied and rewarding role working closely with the Headteacher and the Senior Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will:
- be able to manage multiple priorities and maintain a well-structured and efficient office environment
- have excellent communications skills orally and in writing
- build positive relationships with staff, parents/carers, pupils, governors and external agencies
- be able to remain calm during busy periods
- have experience of working in a busy office, ideally within a school setting
use of Microsoft packages - experience with SIMS, desirable, but not essential as training will be given

About you
Essential:
applicants must have a GCSE in English and Maths at Grade C or above (Grade 4 or above).
