About the role

We want our children to...

  • Come through the doors excited to learn.
  • Feel safe, valued and loved.
  • Be curious about the world around them.

  • Develop independence and resilience.
  • Talk, explore, imagine, create and wonder.

We want you to...

  • Be the kind of practitioner who gets down on the floor, gets involved in children's play and thinks, "How can I make this even more exciting?"
  • Be the person who sees a child's fascination with dinosaurs and turns it into a language opportunity, a mathematical investigation, a writing experience and a reason to come running into school the next morning.
  • Be someone who understands that exceptional Early Years practice is both joyful and intentional.
  • Be a leader who can inspire a team to continually ask:
  • "What do our children need next, and how can we make it happen?"
