We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join the HR Team at The Vale Federation. The successful candidate will work alongside the HR Officers and Head of People to provide a welcoming, professional and supportive service to staff across our Federation of Schools.
Term time only: Yes
Weekly Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 41 weeks per year including INSET days
Salary type: Other
Salary Details: £21,218-£22,994 (FTE £26,522-£28,742) per annum
Contract type: Permanent

About the role
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate and timely administrative support to the Head of HR and HR Officers
• Assisting with recruitment, on-boarding, staff absence management and general HR administration
• Responsible for checking emails regularly and keeping up to date with all school and Federation communication
